If you have just become eligible to participate in the 401k, you should
contact Fidelity at 800-835-5097 to elect the percent of your pay you
want deferred into your 401k account. If you do not contact Fidelity, the
provisions of the Brand 401k Plan require that you be set up with a 3%
deferral from your paycheck.
Employees are eligible to participate in the Plan the first day of the month
following one year of service and completion of 1,000 hours of service.
Employees must be at least 21 years old and not be a member of a union.
Employees working in Puerto Rico are not permitted to contribute to the
Plan.
